You know what I wonder /vp/? How come when Gamefreak makes the 3rd versions, they don't just have you use a third new character?

For example, Ruby represents the guy and Sapphire represents the girl in the manga, with Emerald being an entirely new character.

I propose that if GF makes a "Z", the character will be the only character you play, but will be both genders so you don't have to make a choice. It could be a great way to ease into the progressive movement.
