>>19592032Okay guys, this picture bothers me every time I see it.
Can't you assholes role-play at all?
Like in - at goddamn all?
I understand that the word 'autist' has completely lost it's meaning and is just a default insult now, but I'm pretty sure that a real life autistic person would be more likely to just care about the numbers and straight up profit from a pokemon, completely ignoring it's description, supposed personality, etc.
Have you never played an RPG game in your, life, or just played pretend in any other games?
Do you always sell your fathers heirloom sword for 3 gold when it turns out that it doesn't give you any buffs, and kill off all the villagers for drops if you knows guards are not looking?
Because I don't, and I usually catch myself keeping a useless old team-member in a strategy game simply because it's cool to pretend he's my mentor, or putting an apple that iIoriginally spawned with in a separate box as a souvenir. And I can totally understand the face that a dude might want a pokemon who's description indicates it's a good buddy/strong warrior, rather than maximizing all the stats like you're a mindless machine.
