Possibly more of a nuclear-powered look. Instead of the steam hose arms meeting above Volcanion's back, they're held out in front of it to resemble a particle accelerator or something. Its legs would also be larger and reminiscent of cooling towers.
Granted, the nuclear power allusions would need to be rather subtle, Japan has a shitty history with the power of the atom.

It's confirmed that Diancie will be distributed in other countries, but they have yet to disclose the details. Nothing's been said about a Mega Stone for Diancie yet.

They don't have it yet, either. And they just went and showed it in an English-language trailer.
We're getting our Diancie event around the same time we get the dub of the Diancie movie, if not sooner, just like with every other eventmon's movie debut. And Diancinite seems to be an automatic thing that's given to you as soon as you send a Diancie to ORAS, like Gracidea and shit.

It's the second and third event distros with special moves that we'll miss out on. Just like every other time.
