Ever Grande City is actually a city now

Also, I just analyzed the entire map for 30 minutes. There are no boutiques in any of the towns or cities. Unless Pokemon Centers/PokeMarts now sell clothes, there's no customization in ORAS

The map is way too low-resolution for you to be able to make that much of an inference about Ever Grande. Compare your own image with the map of Ever Grande on Bulbapedia, and you'll see most of the red roofs are arches. The others are likely just supposed to be bits of cliff, since it's pretty blobby in general.

You couldn't tell specific buildings apart, though. Look at Santalune City in the Kalos art. It's a blob of four squares. It's not like that in the game. Look at Cyllage. The in-game version is much bigger. Ambrette is more than the aquarium.

FRLG kept the same pokemon centres as RSE. HGSS kept all the same stuff in their pokemon centres as DPPt, they just moved it around the building. So far the rmeakes always stick tot he conventions of the current gen.
Re-introducing stuff from 3rd gen like contests and secret bases is just basic for a remake. It's not the same thing as what they do with building design, retard.

And there is a cave entrance to the new cavern on the right of Sootopolis

Those aren't walls. They're walls AND A ROOF. Mauville is entirely enclosed under a massive canopy structure. It basically took New Mauville as inspiration and made an entirely indoor city.

For anyone thinking that there are too many marts for boutiques, consider the following:

there will probably will be a considerable amount of additional clothing for both genders, with just recolors of brendan and may's clothing being added to the list.

Like the Hat Shop, there could be shops for just shoes, shirts, pants, bags or hat accessories, or maybe shops dedicated to specific 'labels', colors, or climate clothing.

Also, not all marts have to have clothing in them I guess, I can imagine towns like pacifidlog not having clothing in their marts.
