Joey would without a doubt have a penguin mon, (remember his stuffed penguin) so maybe eventually Empoleon. And definitely Rattata.
Ross would obviously have mostly fossil mons. Especially Tyrantrum and Aurorus. Oh and remember marcel his monkey? Mankey.
Rachel would probably have Flabebe and Clefairy or Gardevoir. And lets just say Meowth for the Payday.
Monica would have Cinccino for the cleanliness, and Munchlax and Simisear for food-related endeavors. She IS pretty damn competitive so lets give her a Hitmonchan for funzies.
Chandler, oh god, so many funny ideas so far (male n female gardevoir, chandelure, etc), but lets give him some mildly mediocre mons. Torkoal (he smokes sometimes), Wobbufet, and how about Magikarp.
And for Pheobe, she gets Smeargle obviously, Chatot, Bibarel, and maybe Meloetta if she's lucky.
Hardest one is Chandler to choose for.
