I just received a shiny Lugia over wondertrade and I'm just wondering is this possible without hacking. I haven't really been following events or distributions in a while. Can anyone help me out here? I wouldn't care as much except for the fact that i'm using bank I don't want to fuck that up with ORAS around the corner.
