If anything Amiibos would give you pre-trained pokemon, certain legendaries, or event pokemon

What if they had Amiibos for Pokemon and you could download your own Pokemon into the figure then let it interact in other games/programs like Pokemon Tretta or a different game and take control of that Pokemon and battle with it, etc.

I don't think that the 3DS has a reader for these things, meaning it would either have to wait for the next gen handheld, which won't be for quite some time, or on the Wii U, which would mean vastly improved graphics, and possibly a third Colosseum game.

I'd be okay with it, but it probably would be about as supported as the E-Reader, so I doubt that it would be around for long.

If eventmons are distributed that way I'm in because there's no events in my country and I could import one of those.

It was hard to get a shiny of one of these fuckers, and they go for over $100 on eBay.
I was lucky to snag a Shiny Eevee figure for $20 bucks, the owner wants it back, wanting to pay me double for it because those suckers are worth alot.
They only made 3 shiny pokemon into figures
