Are there any good Pokemon Platinum difficulty rom hacks? I was thinking Bloody Platinum, but apparently wild legendaries at level 70 can pop out at you after the first gym, which seems stupid.

The odds for a legendary to appear are very slim, I remember them being 1%,
so you wont run into any unless you search for them.
They appear in the grass because the guy who made the patch didnt know how to place them in the game otherwise.
Apart from that I can say that its a good patch, it gives you a wide variety of pokemon and harder gyms and E4.
Just try it for yourself.
Apart from that Im not aware of any other Platinum patches.
