Could they have handled the Exodia summoning any better in Yu-Gi-Oh? Like, name the various "pieces" something more interesting? I still remember the utter bafflement of buying a pack and getting "Left Leg of the Forbidden One" as a really rare card, and it having no effect. Didn't watch the show, so it was a total WTF moment.
