I don't think so, but I saw someone post a picture of it in a merch thread, and the trinket is pretty good except the marble is bad.

Trinket Geek is a good alternative if you want a more colorful and marble-like Mega Stone irl. They got all the stones for all the mons.

No, Tomy probably won't bring them over because just putting a marble in a wristband that doesn't do anything won't really appeal to kids in the US.

Then again, Pokemon doesn't appeal to kids in the US anymore outside of the games and the only people buying the toys are older people who still like Pokemon from the 90s and don't wanna pay import prices.

I guess you could say it makes sense, but Japan as a whole seems to get a better shake when it comes to merchandise and such, for example they get concept art in their strategy guide equivalents, though I suppose that could be a gimmick to attract people to buy the book instead of getting information online.
