Let's talk business, /vp/. Specifically, Serebii's site, which it commonly bitched at for being outdated.

What actually needs to be changed? How would you redesign Serebii's site layout without ruining its integrity? (if that's unavoidable, then discuss how that can be lessened)

Also I'm hoping somebody activates their mega autism and actually posts some concepts/web design skeletons in CSS/HTML, but fat chance that'll happen
