Oh god, I recently went through this with Bergmite. I now have a hexaperfect Bergmite, with egg moves and the HA, but by GOD was it painful. And now I'm even wondering if I shouldn't keep going to get as low of a speed IV as possible instead of settling for perfect IVs all around.

This is what I run. It's worked pretty well and is fun to use. It can be utilized as a special revenge killer too, which is nice. There are plenty of options for Avalugg though, really.
