I think all this evo retconning has been BS since the beginning. It should all be redone from the ground up. No more incenses, no more items we only need to evo only one poke. Kill the Dawn Stone because it's stupid anyway. I may even be tempted to say Mega evos should become real evos. (only if Mega khan becomes the middle stage of a three stage line)
