There's many, many ways to build to build any archetype. Hazard HO, Sand Offense, Stall, semi-stall, balance, Rain HO, Rain Balance, what fucking ever, there's multiple ways to build them and there's multiple ways you can succeed with them while using different pokemon.
There's on baton pass team. One. That's it. The same six pokemon using the same six EV spreads/moves/items. The only common variation is Mr. Mime over Zapdos.
It is a solved archetype. There's one team, it's the best possible team you can make using this strategy, and any modification to it generally makes it less effective.
