I haven't run into too much issue with them to begin with, S/R is a bit annoying, but most of the main mons I use, aren't too bothered by it, I usually never let spikes stack more than once, and I always run at least one poison type with me to soak up toxic spikes. As for sticky web, I try to not have too much of a reliance on speed, but depending on the Pokemon it does force me to factor in more.
While I do think that Stealth Rock is a bit overpowered (it really shouldn't penalize certain types), I'm not really going to fault people to running it either.
