I have Pokemon X and I'll be getting Alpha Sapphire when it comes out. What would be the safest way of trading Pokemon between them so I can transfer my mega stones? (I only have one 3DS)

1. Load up your ORAS Game
2. Catch some early route nonsense
3. Put it up on the GTS asking for a poke from your X and Y game that has an item attached that you want to transfer over.
4. Load up X and Y.
5. Go into the GTS
6. Find your pokemon
7. Trade
8. Do it again.
