Likewise, the Blue Orb possessed Pikachu, which the orb is for Groudon, which has Blue lines, but on Pikachu were Red Lines along it's body and forehead in the shape of Groudons claws.
The orbs are all kinds of fucky really, and ORAS is probably going to make it worse somehow. But opposite color = pissed off, same color = calmed down, apparently. Wouldn't doubt the Primal forms will be related to same color now though.
