When we first discovered them people started linking them with the 3 power plants that we can't open. So they could all be based on a type of power generation or something, I dunno.
Plus they're 3 legendaries next to each other in the pokedex.

Psuedo legendaries are literally just a consistant pattern that has been with the game since gen 1. If a poke doesnt fit the pattern, its not a psuedo.

In the literal meaning of the word, Dragonite and Tyranitar are the only pseudo-legendaries. Whatever people made up along the way can be changed just as much as the original meaning of "pseudolegendary" was changed to include Metagross and Salamence, and then changed again to icnlude Garchomp.

I was just looking at 600 stats total pokemon and Gengar could be counted as well with Normal/Fighting as its immunity.

Well, IF that connection turns out to be true, they would be a trio. However, as it seems now, at least one of them won't even have any connection to Kalos anymore, so...

The only requirements for being a pseudo are being in a 3 stage line and having a 600 BST.

As someone pointed out, basically every gen broke the "pseudolegendary pattern". As this is fan-made, that is no surprise.

Garchomp is where it is in the dex because its next to all the Babies, which means Garchomp preceeds Lucario.
Also, Gabite is #444, which is pronounced like shin-shin-shin or "Kill, kill, kill." Why Garchomp isnt #444, well, might have been too difficult to organize it that way

Its not a dragon, either in typing or in appearance, it doesnt gain a new type upon evolution, it cant breed, its not at the end of the dex ...
It counts in a few small ways but has always defied the majority of traits.

Based on its design, i wouldve prefered Dragon/Water. Its a really great defensive typing for a really defensive poke. I mean, its like a liquid thing and only evolves in the rain but i guess GF just does whatever.
