What's up with Gen 1's English (and to extent - Spanish and Italian) names? Yeah sure, Japanese naming is weird as hell (Ghos to Ghost), but at least the names are still distinct to the mon.

I mean seriously, look at the Bulbasaur line. The English name just went "hurr it looks like a dinosaur!", losing the pun that no one actually knows what creature Bulbasaur is aside from having a plant on its back. The French got the pun across (plant + bizarre, with Herbizarre being 10/10 name) without sounding so weird.

I mean fuck, what does Jynx have to do with its traits? The other names are all puns or related to kissing.
