I play in 3rd Generation because it seems very difficult and funny, I live in Argentina and I do not think that has anything to be ashamed of.
We have a gamecube with four wire link and pokemon colosseum, we present a group of 8 and we're adding people.

haber hay pero es todo timing aca, por ahi con este mismo post en 10 min antes agarrabas a alguno copado y que te tiraba cosas jajaj pero la verdad una vez que el thread va para un lado ya no hay con que darle. fijate si en smogon tenes algunas builds para hoenn, seguramente algo habra.

Just understand that the types are related to either physical or special.

ex: grass is special but dragon is physical. iirc.

Dragon is special aswell

A good way to remember it is, if it's an eeveelution type, it's special, except for dragon

Special: Fire, Water, Electric, Grass, Ice, Psychic, Dragon, Dark.

Physical: Normal, Fighting, Poison, Ground, Flying, Bug, Rock, Ghost, Steel.

And with what those anons said; an easy way to remember them is that there is an Eeveelution for every special type except Dragon.
