Charizard, Sceptile, Infernape, Pikachu and Snorlax are all safe bets.

As for the 6th, Heracross could be, Glalie was awesome in the Hoenn league but was never used after, Krookodile has potential and at the end of this gen, Greninja will probably another huge powerhouse.

Wasn't that the list based on wins to loss ratio (not counting Team Rocket battles)?

Kingler's up there for having never lost although it was used like, I dunno, twice.

Muk won once and lost one so it's all the way down there.

Torterra is high on the list for having won battles as a Turtwig though it started losing a lot after evolving
