Out of the three I've kept the one with the best stats. A similar thing actually happened with me earlier this month, only not within 24 hours but a week maybe. I was looking for a shiny Pachirisu for a joke fight (pink shinies only) and during the week I got 3 shiny Helioptiles (not counting the one I got last year), one of every ability. The solar power one was the 3rd and also a female, her I'm keeping. Still, not as crazy as my 6 shiny in 24 hours record, doubt I will ever break that.
