This is the only one of those games that works that way. True, you have to use action commands for the others, too, but they don't work like this one did. This would just make battles more tedious and bugger off a lot of people who aren't nerds and don't want to perfect button mashing or do something else that requires obsessive precision.

No. But a pokemon with the same style of play would still be fun. I just don't think they should fuck with the pokemon base formula in a core game.
