70 isn't fucking enough also megas are shit (we have only mega-mascottemon and megas for pokémon who just needed a normal evolution)

I don't mind, Gen V taught me that quality is more important than quantity. Gen V introduced the most Pokemon and 90% were garbage, while I loved most of the Gen VI designs.

Gen V is my favorite dex despite being the largest. The quality vs. quantity rule doesn't apply to me. Gen VI only made me feel like I was getting 1/2 of the pie I usually get.

This. I don't know why people apply the quality vs. quantity argument to Pokemon. I didn't bother using a single Gen. 6 Pokemon in X/Y bar my starter because I found most of them underwhelming. Number has nothing to do with it.

What am I, Game Freak? Not the original guy here, so I don't agree Manectric really needs one, but Pinsir and Mawile are standalone Pokemon with underwhelming stats. That's screaming for an evolution.
