there ya go. Also, in case you didn't know, Serebii and Bulbapedia are two pretty good sites to learn a lot about pokemon.

as for tipping... that's a good question. I've been wondering that myself. As far as I know, it doesn't do anything but maybe someone else knows something I don't?

No one knows for sure what tipping does but supposedly it increases shiny chances
I just tip the most I can just in case because it's not that much anyway

Tipping doesn't increase shiny chances, that was debunked last year. It raises your Stylish rating though.
