>>19703640I can't speak for everyone, but I myself a slight addictive personality and a penchant for collectible matching sets of things. In a game that revolves around collecting ALL the things, Eevee and it's evolutions are a unique matching set of pokemon with the same basic foundation of design, but available in multiple colors and designs representing various types. To me, I find that intriguing because it speaks to that slight obsession of mine. Every new generation I hold out hope that gamefreak will bite the bullet and just come up with a handful of ways to evolve it and give us the other 9 types so we can have a complete set, extra points if they bullshit some way to give Eevee a normal type evo so we can have 18 stage 2 pokemon and so the normal type version matches the body type of the others. That's my two cents at least.
