Even for someone who started playing in RBY, Sceptile has been my favorite starter. It has even made me prefer the grass starters to all others. I have always wanted to use one competitively but its typing, movepool, and ability have kept it out of the spotlight. Though not all is known about its Mega, what does /vp/ think about the brand new dual type it sports, as well as an ability that looks pretty promising?
