Add to that Jynx's already sub-par coverage (it has to rely on HP Fire and Focus Miss to hit most steel types) and the fact that it has no priority whatsoever, and you have a pretty bad 'mon.
Point being it's not bad because it has a 4x weakness, it's bad because it has a 4x weakness to steel AND it's a shitty ice type with no coverage or priority.
