Serious doubts about Earth Power but Leech Seed was a mandatory for it, that Pokemon is related to symbiosis beside fairy and faggotry.
Focus Blast was also a legit move they should gifted her with.

Pure Fairy type is probably one of the best defensive types as for recovery Wish is fine with Protect to scout opp sets, however Synthesis or Moonlight would make sense on it too, also help in form of direct recovery.

Because Florges is the best special wall to ever exist in UU and used on every other team? Because it's a Wish passing cleric with offensive presence with no added weaknesses on virtue of its mono-Fairy typing that suffers from no opportunity cost in going full support, unlike the other mono-Fairies (Aromatisse has a completely different niche).
