I always forget that Onix is actually sorta fast for a Rock/Ground mon, though that might be because I've never used one (or a Steelix for that matter).

Baby-only egg moves are like the only reason why some of them exist, though the majority is crap, IIRC.
Munchlax with Selfdestruct is the most 'useful' one of the bunch, I think.
Of course that means getting a Dream World Munchlax with SD and breeding enough Munchlaxes until you get one with 5 IVs and the correct nature. Without an Everstone because you need the Full Incense.

No it's not because GF don't modify stats that easily also is stupid in Gen I, II and III it has some stats and then suddenly its stats go up because no fucking reason? The only way this could work is to give Munchlax half the stats of Snorlax and you know it.

so to the other obvious ones, flygon and dugtrio would become viable due to their attack and speed respectively. alazakam surpasses mewtwo in special attack and speed and still has a mega evo. a bunch of defensive steel types too.

mega scizor and porygon won because their bst surpasses 1000

Well flareon ,leafeon and glaceon got boosted while umbreon can hit hard now as well as wall. Vaporeon with aqua jet or waterfall sounds viable as well since it's basically a gyarados without earthquake but has recovery moves and works great as bp-support.

So what are the baselines for usability here? I mean, base 120 Speed is amazing for standard OU and Ubers, but it's nothing special in Bizarromons. And offensive stats don't seem to be too impressive until you hit base 150 or higher, especially on the Physical side of things.

These stats are kind of underwhelming given the stats of other pokemon and its low powered STAB.

It loses 1 attack point for a huge increase in Speed and buffed Defenses and I think it'd do well.

Becomes a frail and fast mixed attacker, much like current Azelf except with better typing, movepool and abilities.

Similar spread to Octillery, except here there's way more HP and Speed at the cost of a smaller movepool.

>Haxorus: 92/174/120/60/80/114
The best Dragon in this by far.

>Tyranitar: 100/128/100/90/100/82
>M-Tyranitar: 100/158/140/90/120/92
BST is exactly the same, very similar spread except that its a bit faster now.

Bizarro Scizor's the easiest candidate for a ban since genwun Mewtwo. Its typing, power, bulk, and speed are all amazing even by Bizarro standards, with powerful priority to boot. Factor in that Technician boost and it could get away with running a Hidden Power off of 110 base Special Attack to take care of whatever champions Htrae tries to produce to stop its reign of terror. There still isn't a Fire-type Priority move, after all, and 210 base speed is faster than pretty much everything unboosted.
Oh, and then there's the Mega.

M-Scizor is bulkier than Gliscor. And has less weaknesses.

New tier called Hyper-Ubers would be created solely for it. And then he would be banned from it.
