Entei really fucks with Heatran's mojo, being able to take its STAB and even earth power pretty well. Specially defensive Heatran is always 2HKO'd by Bulldoze, and the Air Balloon offensive variant is taken out by Stone Edge and Bulldoze. Tyranitar also takes Heatran's attacks well even with no special defense investment, and OHKO's with earthquake, and has Crunch to get rid of the balloon. Or plenty of other similar variations. Basically you set up all over Minimizers then shred them with Body Slam. BS also provides parahax shenanigans against other shit from time to time, which is fun. You can even go for PuP/Stockpile. You can run Ice Punch to say fuck you to Gliscor. You can whirlwind, or explode when your job's done. Seriously, since I started running this guy, I have zero trouble with Minimizers.

A bunch of assholes refuse to accept Bisharp as an Aegislash counter, so they run Jolly max Speed, the point being to outspeed Adamant max Speed Bisharp by one point and OHKO with Sacred Sword. So my Bisharp is forced to stay Adamant and risked getting outsped and KO'd, or go Jolly and not have a guaranteed KO with Knock Off.

Commonly paired with Ground-immune pokemon so my scarf Lando-T is forced into coinflips: go for the second EQ after King's Shield or switch out to something that can take on the switch.

Fuck Aegislash.

Yeah i've thought about including some sort of Trick Room user on my team but that would mean doing a lot of changes. I've only got one or two pokemon that i occasionally use in my team that AREN'T relatively fast. I've finally started utilizing priority moves more and more but that's only one step in the right direction.

My team has improved dramatically though. I play almost exclusively triple battles, and my rating in the past couple weeks has gone up from 1300-something to somewhere around the mid-1500s. But there are some things that i just have no counter for, and Terrakion is one of them.

I played someone today with a 1900+ rating who had an incredibly bulky team that focused on this perish song/shadow tag combo. I was fucked.
