When you breed 4-5 IV pokemon that you don't need (wrong IV's) with a hidden ability, and whatnot, do you put them on Wonder Trade, or do you just release them? If you release them you're a selfish son of a bitch. You don't want others to get a pokemon because it was hard for you to get? What's the reasoning behind that?

I've just begun breeding, I plan to WT them, as many of the Pokémon I plan to breed came from Wonder Trade. I feel like I can make that function that much better by filling it with not-Charmanders.

When I first started breeding when XY first came out, I Wonder Traded a lot. Anything 4+ IV I didn't want, or anything with its HA. I even Wonder Traded some extra pentaperfects.

At this point I don't bother. It takes so long, and in return I'll just get a whole bunch of junk I have to sift through, which I'll release 99% of, taking more time.

It's a cool feature that's too time consuming. I'd use it a lot more often if I could set an entire box to auto WT, but I doubt that'd ever happen because people might accidentally lose valuable stuff.

I have completed my living dex by making a list of missing mons, then sequentially requesting them on GTS with a leftover. "5iv4eggHAModest" takes about an hour before it gets traded. Everytime I got bored, I just checked the GTS.

Completed my living dex in about a month.

Now I just get Yveltals out of boredom.

the problem is distinguishing the shit. How would the computer know what abilities are better than the others? What about IVs? Would it just add them all up or would it just count the number of 31's.

Maybe something like each perfect IV adds 1 point, HA adds 1(normal abilities add 0), egg moves add 1 point each regardless the move

So a shitmon is 0 overall and a penta-perfect HA 4 egg moves is a 10
