It won't change by a single bit, or in case Talonflame would get a bit higher usage, but it's already pretty fucking high.

second, fire type still gets x2 damage, so for most thing won't change a single bit
last, all the bug/flying are kinda meh at best and birds and dragons take already max x2 damage from rocks, so nothing would change here too
