If everybody knew what 'meh' meant, then it's fine to use. If you don't know what it means, then you're an idiot because of how common it is. If you a word like meh is used differently to its normal context, then you can either use your brain to try and work out what it meant from the context you're familiar with, or you can ask for clarification. If we spent every thread basically saying 'that was not articulate enough for me to understand' on any insignificant post, then there wouldn't be any pokemon anymore.
