It's a scene from Emerald. Since this is a remake of Ruby and Sapphire, the story from Emerald will be scrapped in favor of an improved Ruby and Sapphire plot.

>other team shows up and brings out their mon

>Rayquaza comes flying in, scene in OP
>Kyogre leaves in OR, Groudon leaves in AS.
>Rayquaza leaves to go back to Sky Tower
>your team gives you the gem for your mon (Ruby Orb in OR, Sapphire Orb in AS)
>you can go and capture them
>once you quell and capture one the other mon will appear in a random cave (like in Emerald)
>After catching both you can go to the Sky Tower to catch Ray

I hope they still incorporate this.

They should keep it game specific with you fighting only one legendary and one team, but the other legend appears when shot goes down so that rayquaza can chill stuff
