While playing through my X version I was looking around Victory Road not wanting to miss any detail, and I stumbled across these houses. What are they and why are they here?

Coumarine City (The city with the monorail) is far left of Victory Road, so it couldn't be that.

This area of Victory Road points to the right of Kalos, Coumarine is on the North west of Kalos.

Coumarine does have the Monorail, we use it to get to either side of the town.

Couriway has the unused train station, which the tracks lead into a tunnel on the right. What's there on the other side of Kalos, we'll probably find out in the future.

That area is to the north west of victory road. The area posted is to the north east. The only area north east of victory road is route 17, and that's completely frozen over.
