Of all the "it's just an object" pokemon out there, I'd say Klefki is one of the few to get a good outcome, as it has some decent lore and explanation behind it and you can clearly see it's not JUST keys. That's like saying magnemite is just a magnet.
Meanwhile they give us ice cream cone (oh, excuse me, "icicle with snow accumulated on top, but also a fucking straw because why not") with a face. Not a trace of any kind of explanation or rhyme or reason as to why it's hovering and why it's the way it is (even fucking voltorb has a reason to be what it is), and that's not the most insulting thing they've spat at us?
I honestly think the thought process behind this thing was literally some guy in development that went for ice cream, looked at the picture in the menu of small, large and double cones, and said "Well, that's an evolutionary line if I've ever seen one".
