It's shit in UU. Without reliable recovery it fails at its role as a physical wall, and considering most of the best sweepers in the tier can run mixed and rip right through it, it fails at its role. It's pretty much only good at soaking Knock Offs, which isn't really all that important anyway. Just to make things worse, Eviolite Gligar is better than Aggron. It has roost, defog utility, and can take physical hits better than Aggron. Trick Room? Mega Abomasnow is a better use of your mega slot.
Its best set in my opinion is Rock Polish with hazard support. Heavy Slam hits like a fucking truck, and EQ takes out most of the pesky fire types roaming UU with Stealth Rock damage. Just make sure to pair it with something that can get rid of bulky waters that laugh at physical attacks (Slowbro, Swampert, Suicune) and you'll be fine. It's not as useful as SD Lucario, but it gets the job done.
