ITT we come up with a handful of Pokemon (18) for use in a new meta, separate from all other existent Pokemon, and try to balance them out.
To make this simple, we're going to start out with every Pokemon we create being monotype. So we're going to invent one fire pokemon, one Water pokemon, one normal pokemon, etc.
The goal is to create balanced Pokemon, so let's try to keep things reasonable. Nothing that would obvious belong in ubers. Ideas can be as specific as a full stat set, ability, and learnlist, or it can be just a type and a concept ("fast support dragon type"). All ideas will be reviewed and kept in a pastebin, and nothing will be finalized until we have all eighteen.
