You only need Sneaky Pebbles, Spikes is a waste and Toxic Spikes are just gimmicky.
The best leads I've used so far are Aerodactyl and Infernape.

this, Aerodactyl is my lead. Super fast and gets Stealth Rock and Taunt to prevent them from setting hazards. Very handy

Man, Whimsicott is the absolute tits. I run one with just enough speed EVs to have the fastest possible Prankster in the game (bar another Whimsicott.)

if you want dual screen i personally prefer klefki because of its typing, however i am currently running a set using meowstics versatile moveset and im quite happy with it
