I'm currently trying to make the "almost" perfect Pokemon. I'm going for 30/30/30/30/30/30. I'm been doing this for 2 weeks without making a scratch. I haven't beat the game so I can't Battle Institute to check 100% IVs using a calculator.

Without PokeGTS, what is the quickest way to do this?
