I tried using the latter in a TR team. Cool, but I really don't know which one is the best. It really depends on your team and what you have to do with it.

Also, I tried using Facade over Double Edge to overcome burn weakness but it didn't really help that much and I missed the BP sometimes.

Yeah, I was thinking Brave Kangaskhan in Trick Room would wreck but the best Trick Room setter in Doubles isn't legal in VGC (mummy potato thing).

Maybe I'll save the Hammer Arm set for when ORAS releases and we hopefully get more Pokémon to use in VGC.

By sacrificing 2 points of HP you are able to get points out of Def, SpD, and Spe. Basically a net gain of 1 stat point.

That is all personal prefference, as some may be running 12,16,20 ect to outspeed other Khans.
