It had Pokemon in it. Pokemon games get remade. Gen I did, gen II did, gen III is.

Not really, I mean I like it but a lot of the dicksucking is due to the fact that /vp/, Tumblr, etc are populated mainly by people who grew up with Gen 3.

It's not being remade because it's good or anything, it's just a cash grab like FRLG or HGSS.
