I have a question to which i cant find a completely straight answer on any wikis or fansites.
Do EV stick on pokemon when they level or can they be "reversed" if the EV of that pokemon are completely changed, then it levels up.
For example: Charizard gets to level 50 by rare candys and has absolute 0 EV. Then, at lvl 50, it gets 252 atk and 252 spatk.
The next time it levels up, will its stats become as if it always had the 252 atka and spatk from the beginning? or will it only start gaining stats from that point on with the consideration of max ev in atk and spatk?
My basic question is; do you have to get max ev in whatever stat at lvl 1 to reap max benefit from stat growth?
