If complex bans become the norm, people will start begging for shit like scarf Lando to be banned because it's theoretically too strong (it's not really, I'm just using it as an example). Maybe Manaphy is too powerful because of Tail Glow, so ban Manaphy with Tail Glow. But wait, Volbeat gets it too, so don't ban Tail Glow itself, ban Manaphy with Tail Glow. Also I don't like Deo-D with Red Card, ban that.
