I'd really love a decent Pokemon board game. Something like Game of Life, but you get to raise a team of pokemon and battle your way around a game board to a Pokemon League.

Are there any fan-made board games like that?

That game was the fucking bomb! Me and my brother were too young and impatient to learn the proper rules for it so we played it properly when we had help but the rest of the time, we made our own rules!

I've spent some time on making some complex boardgame, oriented on traveling the region, catching and training team, trading, buying items, challenging leaders and e4 - pretty much everything that was in first gen. Playetested it last summer with my friends, took notes on flaws and unbalaced things to be fixed, now I'm working on full-scale version which will contain all six generations content. I'm too insecure about quality to release this beta version as print and play, and full one will probably take months of work.

Got gen 1-3 master trainer boardgames. Not sure if they continued past that, but I doubt it.
I remember putting the board for kanto and johto together with my brothers and making our own super elite 4 for the second time through. That game lasted forever.
