It'll likely either be TRU or Gamestop. I would say probably Gamestop since they've had the last handful of events, but Nintendo and TRU have appeared to be a lot more buddy buddy especially with all the new Nintendo merch and Pokemon stuff getting released there so its up in the air.
Unfortunately, I'd doubt them putting it on the Global Link though.
