You are Calem, the ambiguously-aged 15-16 year old boy from Vaniville Town, and although it goes without saying that you're not the most alpha dog of the pack, that doesn't mean that you don't do some pretty ballin' stuff from time to time that you get absolutely no hero's reward for. Just as long as the situation calls for it.

Although in retrospect, none of these bold attempts at heroism go off well, and that in itself is probably due to the fact that for a fantasy-inspired universe, there does exist at least SOME degree of realism, and whatever remnants of that realism seems to exist only in the minds of ordinary people. The reason for this is that life never wants you to win at anything, apparently. It must be some in-joke, some sort of "running gag" that the llama god and his fellas are giggling about.
