I was getting sick of losing because of scarfed RNG Weasel and switched to scarf Victini to fill a similar role. I haven't found a reason to switch back and I hardly have those rage inducing moments where I lose a battle because of a miss. I also broke down and used Amoonguss instead of Roserade so I could actually hit with a sleep move for once.
This is all UU btw, you might not have another choice if you're playing something else.
