Roll Region: 8
Kalos. A bit of a struggle between this one and Hoenn - Hoenn's got pretty as fuck locations, and a lot of 'em, but Kalos has way more Pokemon, and a lot of my favourites that Hoenn simply doesn't have. Kalos is still pretty nice, too, and if they actually do have French as the native tongue, it'd be way easier to blend in.
Roll Age: 10
Mixed bag. People're more likely to go easier on me/be nicer, but I might also be bothered by a lack of worldly experience, general strength, etc.
Starter: Regional Starter - toughie. I was thinking of Charizard, not because it's my favourite or anything, but just for ease of transport - then again, though, I have a lot of pokes out there that I like and can fly - Dragonite, Staraptor, etc. On the other hand, water types are abundant in pretty much any game, so a water Pokemon wouldn't be especially necessary. I think I'd have to go with Treecko for this one, though; considering my class choice, I'd probably be away from civilization a lot, and being "unmatched in jungle combat" sounds like it has its uses in such a scenario. Seems like he'd fit me, too - seems like a calm, cool kind of character, someone I'd probably hang out with. You're also capable of catching wild Eevee in Kalos, so it seems like a bit of a waste to have one as your starter - and heck, maybe I'll be able to grab a Kanto starter from Sycamore if he turns out to be based.
